Not very enthusiastic about any new series to start. Spent the morning BP-editing session time downloading the BOBB / Boin Box series DVD covers up to #119, the latest one. Spent the afternoon collecting data for Oppai label. Got up to January 2011. Kind of stumped on where to go next. Several glamour-puss series cry out to be updated. I've got the Boin Box series, Boin / Big Tits * Bomber Tits series and Oppai all ready to start, but the enthusiasm is not there. Skinny young girls. All glamorous-model type series. I want my BBWs. I like the earth-mother form, as unveiled and demonstrated by the exquisite Madame Tamaki Yasuoka to your right. Maybe I'll continue starting synopses and adding screenshots to the older DVD articles, or maybe just some random (non-series) DVDs for actresses I especially like. Tamaki Yasuoka, for example...
Watched Natural Born Killers (1994) at night. Bonnie and Clyde (1967) is (I think) usually cited as the main influence on this film, but I'm struck by the similarity of the plot to what I've read about the Nikkatsu Roman Porno Assault! Jack the Ripper (1976), though I've never seen it to really compare. Tarantino was quoted in an article on Roman Porno as admiring the genre, so it's entirely possible he saw the film before writing the script. (Poster for Assault! Jack the Ripper at left) Tarantino was left out of the extras on the DVD. Nothing was said, so I got the impression there was some kind of big Hollywood ego falling out between him & Stone-- maybe not. It would have been nice to hear where he got the idea for the film...
