The New Interface Disaster

Last night, hoping to do some more Pink Film Archive work, I found that Blogger would not load. Then it dawned on me: They've been threatening for several months to make their atrocious new interface mandatory. And now they have. And now I cannot edit any of my blogs on my old home computer. So, another turning point is reached.

This inability to work on the Archives won't slow down my IMDb work, but it will mean I cannot work on the Pink film poster archives, or link them to IMDb. Fortunately, this disaster comes at about the best possible time that it could. I have just finished identifying all the Picasaweb images by copying the information from the pre-1990 poster blog, and I am in the final stages of submitting the information and the poster links to IMDb. A near-record 19 films entries were fully accepted today. That half of the Pink film project is roaring to a finish. The next step would have been to do the same with the 1990-and-later blog, but that will have to be put on indefinite hold... But I will continue contributing to IMDb, without focusing on the posters now. Straight text data.

Editing this blog has been a lot of fun, but I've always considered it fun & games, mainly done as a break from the real "work" (which is also fun & games, of course), the IMDb/Pink Film Archive projects. I could probably still post entries here at "Hail Hail, through an elaborate system of uploading images/posts through email to myself, then uploading them at other computers, but that would be a lot of bother, and would take time away from the IMDb/Pink Film projects. So unless I find a way of using a compatible version of blogger, or if/until I get a new computer, I will have to stop work here indefinitely. My home online work will be devoted to IMDb, and maybe a (long overdue) return to Boobpedia.

Now for the cranky old man to rant: I find the "improvements" being made to the Internet over the past few years to be grossly incompetent. I am reluctant to upgrade my 15-year-old computer system for the simple reason that-- other than video-- I can do many things on it faster and better than I can do on state-of-the-art systems. For one thing, I can type as fast as I want without waiting for a Java-script-bogged text editor to catch up to my fingers. I tend to type very quickly, in a stream-of-conscious manner, and go back and edit the result into something somewhat coherent. This is not possible, or extremely clumsy, on newer systems, but possible on my old, no-frills, notepad/wordpad. It is absolutely inexcusable that "upgrades" require the USER to slow down for the COMPUTER to catch up. But that is what the "Improvements" are-- all cosmetic flash & dazzle at the expense of real efficiency. Nothing really new is added-- it's still just text editing-- and the basic functions are slowed down and made more difficult to use. Google itself was once praised for its simple, sleek, efficient user interface, but it has been increasingly bogged down with needless crap. In short, I think the new interface, like all recent "upgrades" to be garbage.

Sorry there are no images of lovely ladies in this post, but it is literally impossible for me to upload from home now... Blogger has been "Improved" beyond usability... I hold out hopes that this problem will be overcome at some point in the future, but for now, reluctantly, this blog is stalled...

Chubby-Chubby Heaven, #11-15

Today, Sunday, the day of rest, we relax in the warm and comfy laps of our Pocha-Pocha Heaven angels. These five 40-minute VHS tapes would have been originally released in the mid-90s, since the series is supposed to have started in 1995. The 40-minute format was still common in those fairly early days of AV. Again the five videos we glance at here were re-released, packaged together, in random groups of four, in The Goddesses of Fertility DVDs of the Pocharinko series.Our first lovely, featured in the eleventh video in the series, is Yuki Kagura (神楽ゆき). The video gives her solidly-grounded proportions as 100(G-cup)-90-120(cm).Ruri Nanami (七美るり) is the subject of the twelfth volume, which lists her measurements as 110(G-cup)-90-115(cm).We have previously met the lovely star of the thirteenth entry in the series: Rumi Hanawa (花輪るみ). This is her second appearance in the series, having previously starred in last week's in volume ten. Her voluptuous attributes are enumerated as 110(G-cup)-95-115.The fourteenth volume features Kaori Mei (芽衣カオリ) 90(F-cup)-82-98(cm), who was in the second and third volume of this series, reported on in our first post on this series.And Kaori Mei returns for her second appearance to finish up this week's viewing of the series, volume fifteen. In light of the oft-cited Japanese ban of any visual representation of pubic hair, it is perhaps worth noting, with some confusion, the lady's pussy. I have heard about a half-dozen "First" showings of pubic hair in Japan, but, in this era, it was still pretty rare, I think. Even today, the blurring is still common. And that's fine with me. Pussies are pretty much pussies, and once they start showing genitals the focus drifts towards the male member, one reason I have such little interest in U.S. adult entertainment. Thankfully for the predominantly male heterosexual audience, the Japanese still keep the interest where it should be: on the women. Not that women and gays shouldn't be allowed their own erotic entertainment, and, these days in Japan, they do. (Yumi Yoshiyuki, is a celebrated female director of Pink films who brings a feminine touch to the genre, and OP Eiga and ENK have been producing gay Pink films for decades.) But this focus on the males in U.S. porn geared towards the male heterosexual audience seems to me to be just one more sign of the homosexualization of American culture... along with the usurpation of baseball by football as the national sport... and straight men calling each other "bitch"... but I'm digressing off to another of my wacko theories. This is a day to rest, and I'll save that controversial rant for another day, perhaps...

Southern Chocolate

Now that I've got your attention with the image above, allow me to bore you with my daily IMDb progress. Today I got caught up to date in submitting the Pink films which were ready for submission. I also looked over the posters to the ones which were semi-ready, but lacking in cast information. Unlike the "sum of human knowledge", IMDb does not seem to have any qualms about accepting information from a "primary source", like a poster. In other words it's more interested in honestly presenting information rather than absurd, bureaucratic formality. cinepo.com posted a couple new Roman Porno poster images, which I promptly bagged & tagged, for uploading to the pre-1990 Pink Film archive, after I've finished catching up IMDb with entries to all the films whose posters are currently there.But now down to business. As I mentioned in my August 24 post on Juri Morozuki, I don't care much for these "black" girls-- that is, I like the girls, but not the "blacking".But, as today's subject, Shokoro Minami (南ショコラ), amply demonstrates, these girls-- at least IZM's "black" girls-- do have a certain something which shines through the artificial coloring.To be blunt, I'm talking about her butt. Call me an old-fashioned sentimentalist, but I do like lady with a big butt. Shokora (or "Chocolat" as one Japanese site renders it in the Roman) has been present at the IZM-related sites lately due to a recent return to DVD. That attention-grabbing image all the way at the top of this post is from that new DVD. But we will discuss that anon. Shokora first appeared with IZM in their The Giant Black Girl's Immoral Lynch (黒巨ギャルの淫虐リンチ; ICD-131; video sample; September 2010). The poolside poses seen in this post are from this first performance of the ample Shokora. She keeps a blog and works soaplands, having profiles at Peach! 豊満族 (Hômanzoku) and Debusen Nikudango. Her current profiles put her at 101kg, with measurements 120(I-cup)-95-136.

In April 2011 Shokora made her second IZM appearance, Man'niku body joshi gakuen (満肉ボディ女子学園; ICD-149; video sample). The cover is above this paragraph, and in the body of the paragraph we see some of the action contained in that work. At right she gives a health-conscious gent just the kind of work-out of which I most heartily approve. This kind, and the bending of the elbow while holding a glass of potent beverage are my two favorite exercises. And at left we see Shokora applying her charm to a studious young lad lad. Nothing better than a face-full of chubby Asian arse after reading some Dickens, Tolstoy, Dostoevsky... or most anything, for that matter...





Above is the cover to Shokora's newest outing with IZM, Chô nikudan amazoness: Minami Shokora (超肉弾アマゾネス 南ショコラ; ICD-196; video sample; released August 24, 2012). And at right we see a scene from this new opus, in which Shokora favors some lucky bastard with one of my own favorite situations: Being crushed by a big, beautiful, heavy Asian woman sitting in my lap. Life doesn't get much better than that... Now if we could just get Shokora to lose the blonde wig and the fake tan, she'd be perfect...

Angel Guts: Red Porno

I took another dive into my Angel Guts box for another sampling of Japanese softcore cinema again today, and viewed Angel Guts: Red Porno (天使のはらわた 赤い淫画 - Tenshi no harawata: Akai inga; 1981). Once again I must say that I am very impressed. What strikes one immediately is the skillful use of sound, the first scene working almost like an hommage to Once Upon a Time in the West: Long, total silence with sudden jarring sounds, including a squeaky playground sounding very much like the squeaky... what was it? a sign?... at the beginning of Leone's masterpiece.The director of the film, Toshiharu Ikeda makes the most of the film medium, and of his camera and sound. The movie is all about sound and image, with many fascinating compositions, such as the one above, of Nami (the lead character in the series) laying in the playground in the rain after an aborted sexual encounter. The camera rises up from Nami, through the playground bars, with the rain falling down. Ugly as the situation in the story, it's still a breath-takingly beautiful moment. The suicide of this talented filmmaker--Toshiharu Ikeda-- at the end of 2010 was a tragic loss.The lead actress, Jun Izumi (seen above), is quite attractive, and was a major celebrity in Japan at the time, as I remember. She was also in the previous Angel Guts film reviewed here-- Red Vertigo (1987)-- though not in the main role of Nami Tsuchiya, which she plays in Red Porno. She's not at all Boobpedian-- much less Dekkappedlian in figure-- though none of the ladies in this film are. They fit the usual bony, skinny Japanese vision of femininity of the time. And though there are a lot of sex scenes, I never felt my libido stimulated in the slightest through most of the film. Actually the only scene that moved me was, oddly, when Nami's boyfriend has sex with his homely wife, on whom he is cheating. She is probably the least attractive actress in the film, and is just as thin, but she is very arousing in the one sex scene in which she performs. She's got the same kind of homely/earthy but very erotic face as Kyôko Kishida from a generation earlier. Also, this lady really seems to enjoy her sex-- or at least was good enough an actress to put that feeling across-- and that enthusiasm is contagious. Strange that the husband of this red-hot mama would be cheating on her for the relatively mundane, even if younger, Nami... The other sex scenes are visually interesting, from a cinematic or intellectual point of view, but not at all erotically stimulating. Most of the sex, for some reason, is onanistic, with female masturbation, in various creative forms, being the central attraction.There is some violence against women in this one, but not nearly as much as some of the other films in this genre. The Angel Guts series focuses on rape and its aftermath, but rape has a very low presence in this particular entry in the series. Most reviews I've seen online note that the sex scenes are very extreme, calling them near hardcore. I find this puzzling, since all the sex is standard softcore, simulated sex, with nary a sex organ even almost visible. This one does have a bit more sex than usual, and it is of a more creative-- i.e., perverted-- nature than most, but it still leaves a lot more to the imagination than it shows. And thank God for Japanese censorship laws for that. The lack of explicitness forces creativity, making the sex scenes really interesting. The few American pornos I've seen, which can and do show it all, not only cannot compare as works of erotic art, they don't even exist in the same world as some of these Japanese erotic masterpieces. Also, the sex scenes in this film seem to be much more part of the plot, and the story is advanced during them, than in most Pink films. Unlike with many Pink films, I did not find myself fast-forwarding through the sex in this one.Though I put off watching these films because of the warning on the DVD box of "extreme sexual violence," like the previous Angel Guts film I saw-- Red Vertigo-- I give this one a qualified, but very high rating. If you don't mind a lot of eroticism in your films (and if you do, why are you reading this blog?) this film is a must-see. But even for fans of unusual cinematic treats who are not necessarily fans of the erotic, this little film has more than enough style, technique, and thought to reward a viewing. Eight out of Ten stars from yours truly.

Serina no gyakushû!

I submitted another couple films to IMDb this morning, and another couple entries went live. But nevermind that shit. In Boobpedia news, IZM has announced the triumphant return of Serina in 147 ㎝! Bakunyû no yûwaku (147㎝!爆乳の誘惑; ICD-197), the cover to which we see above.This lovely lady has appeared in the IZM ICD- prefix DVDs, Method of Crushing to Death: Super Breast Call Girl (ICD-59; March 2008; video sample),
and Extreme-Breast Doll from Osaka (October 2008; ICD-76; video sample). Above, she displays her wares in the first of those outings. As part of the publicity for the October 2008 release, she made an appearance at Tokyo Topless.She was also part of the five-member cast of the two "Others" series DVDs seen above, Hôman gyaku rape gôkon (豊満逆レイプ合コン; "Hefty Woman Reverse-Rape Mixer") Parts 1 & 2: (IOD-20 video sample; and IOD-21 video sample) both released in November 2009. In this epic two-part fem-dom-fest she shared the spotlight with the incomparable Miyabi Hayama and the exquisite Marimo Momoi. ("Rena" and "Natsuki" round out the well-rounded quintet.) Above we see the whole gang together in the first DVD, with Serina at upper left, sitting on some lucky bastard, and Miyabi at upper right. Marimo, I guess, is the lady at lower right with her back to the camera. Formerly known only by the name "Serina" (and, apparently, sometimes by the name "Ena" - ぇな), this Osaka-born lass has now gained a family name - "Serina Ichinose" (一ノ瀬セリナ). Her measurements are currently given as 147-87-125(cm), and, though the new DVD cover doesn't seem to mention her cup size, she was claimed to be an N-cup last I heard. Oye Chika!

I finished catching up on posting to my Pink film archives and submitting to IMDb the new posters that I have found recently, and five Pink film entries went totally live at IMDb today.We haven't pilfered anything from our favorite soapland, Max-Body for a while, so why don't we look in there tonight? Let's give our old stand-bys, the ever-lovely reliables Asato, Masaki Amamiya, and Fuuka a rest and visit a new lady today.Chika is a spectacularly bosomy lady, but, unfortunately, another one of those models who insists on hiding her face. As you can see from the images decorating today's post, she more than compensates in the curve department what she hides in the face department. Max-Body's profile gives her an M-cup, with measurements 133-?-188, standing at 160cm.A bit too made-up and artificial for my tastes (for an example of my ideal, see yesterday's visit with Karen Toudou), Chika is nonetheless quite hefty and voluptuous. Nature's Bounty: New Images of Karen Toudou

I spent my online time yesterday updating this blog-- publishing a few old posts which needed finishing. Seven film entries went live at IMDb over the weekend.
This morning I uploaded about half a dozen new images to the pre-1990 Pink film archive to films which already have IMDb entries-- posters, DVD & VHS covers & stills. I submitted them all to IMDb this evening, and translated the credits to a few more pending new film submissions. My main work at the moment is adding IMDb entries for films to which I have posters, but which IMDb does not list. Uploading images to films that already have entries, and adding them to the entries, won't slow down that work too much, and will keep me up to date, as far as new image discoveries go.Speaking of new image discoveries, I made a few new finds in the Karen Toudou department today, and you, lucky readers, are the beneficiaries of my good fortune.
Scattered throughout this post you will find images to buxom, bounteous, bespectacled Karen's April 2011 release, Okusama wa kyo-onna: Bakujiri bokki-gui! Tsuba guchu boin!! (奥様は巨女 爆尻ボッキ喰い!唾ぐちゅボイン!!; QDN-08), and her newest release, coming out this month, Chô-nyû onna-niku sanmai: Nikkan no yôsei (超乳女肉三昧 肉感の妖精; SND-57). Both videos are from JAMS. I think all the images have the video code watermarks on them, so there is no need for me to point out which is from which video. Chubby-Chubby Heaven, #6-10

After a very nice, refreshing morning, I am now ready to embark on our second visit with Jun'ichi Natsui's Chubby-Chubby Heaven series. I notice, this week, that these covers are identical to some used in the The Goddesses of Fertility series section of the Pocharinko series. The director of these videos is named 才賀真一 (Shin'ichi Saiga?). A Pochadama review of one of these compilations (significantly totaling 120 minutes, with pictures of four covers-- the series under consideration here are 40 minutes each) calls Saiga a "Hôman cameraman" (豊満カメラマン - "Cameraman of the voluptuous/full-figured/abundant"). So I suspect Saiga to be an alias for Natsui. Our first visit, #6 in the series (RP006), is with Reiko Toyomi (豊美玲子). Despite a very strikingly inviting body, she seems to be another model who hides her face. Her AV-Channel profile gives her measurements as 92-88-96(cm), with a seemingly under-reported F-cup. The disproportionately smaller cup-size reporting seen in models in this series is further indication that this an AV series early in the "kyonyû boom" era-- 1995 according to Natsui's old site. (The "kyonyû boom" is supposed to have started after Kimiko Matsuzaka's debut in 1989.)The star of #7 (RP-007), Asuka Mikuriya (御来屋あすか) is another high-quality model. Despite the nice boozominess she displays, her Arzon profile credits her as a mere G-cup, giving her measurements as 120-100-110(cm). This seeming under-reporting also indicates that cup-size reporting has become increasingly inflated over the years. She'd probably be called an I-cup at least today...With the eighth video (RP-008) we come to the second two-part appearance in the series, this one starring Yayoi Kiyone (清音やよい), who, appearing to be in the family way, records measurements as: 92(F-cup)-80-90(cm).#9 is the second half of Yayoi Kiyone's performance.And we conclude this week's outing with the well-rounded lovely, Rumi Hanawa (花輪るみ). Another busty beauty recording a then-impressive G-cup, her av-channel measurements are 110-95-115(cm).

Marvelous Marimo Momoi

Nakamura theater posted its Pink film poster images for the new month, and I spent most of the online day downloading and identifying them, and then uploading them to my Pink film archive.
The lovely lady you see in these images is one of my favorites I don't think I've visited here yet, the breath-taking Marimo Momoi, aka Marimo Kitani.Free video clips of this incomparable beauty in motion could once be found at the sadly mourned www.jp-fat.com. I've got those videos saved, naturally, but don't like blogs with videos attached... I may upload these important cultural artifacts somewhere for sharing though... Our friends at IZM do have at least two clips of Marimo at: IOD-10 and ICD-43.She has appeared at Tokyo Topless, and in some videos, which can be read about in her Bobpedia article.But for now, I've had a little too much to drink to be much use in the way of commentary, so I'll just try posting a few images, if I don't botch it up too much, and revisit and clean up this post at a later date.Until then, sweet dreams to all.
