Tonight's video review gives us a chance to revisit one of the
grande dames of the Japanese BBW genre, and possibly my favorite model of all time: the legendary
Tamaki Yasuoka. This is one of
Môsozoku /
ABC's
BOBB Boin Box videos. I started an article on it at
Boobpedia way back in April 2009 as
Boin "Tamaki Yasuoka" Box. At that time I was announcing the impending release of this item, which came out on May 1, 2009. Now, some five years later, this
DVD's page at the official site is a dead link, and even
Amazon doesn't list it as available currently. If it is indeed out of print, this 90-minutes of BBW bliss should be considered a classic in the history of the
pocchari/busty genre of Japanese adult cinema.
Tamaki Yasuoka was still a fresh and newly-debuted model when this video came out.
As-- ahem-- IMDb notes, she debuted in 2009-- a mere three months before the release of this video-- in
Chubby Mature Women: Tamaki Yasuoka * Remi (February 2009). Apparently she had appeared in
at least one video released a couple days before that one, but her face was mostly hidden, and she was not identified by name yet-- perhaps it was made before she had completely decided to pursue an AV career. (

There is a short pre-title sequence which previews the scenes to come in the video. After this comes what appears to be the traditional AV interview, which would mark this as an AV in the classic mode. This is the type of material for which my newly-discovered subtitle-making technique would be valuable, but it's also in depth enough that my skimpy Japanese prevents me from either fully understanding or translating it. Needless to say, Tamaki-san's boobs are a major part of the conversation. The interviewer is so shocked at Tamaki's answer that she's a 123cm M-cup that he has to hear it again to make sure his ears aren't deceiving him.

But seeing-- and feeling-- is believing. I took the headphones off at this point, since I wasn't getting most of the conversation, and the images were of more interest than the script. So I'm not sure if this opening segment is literally an old-fashioned pre-action interview, or if it's supposed to be a doctor interviewing a patient. The interviewer is dressed in white, and much of the rest of the video has a hospital theme.

At about eight minutes, Tamaki is fully clothed again, apparently just so that we can see her disrobe and put on new attire. The audience, through the director's skillful camera work, lovingly gazes at her doffing a white bra to done a purple one, and the extensive and meticulous adjustment of her capacious boob-flesh into their new confines.

Now, I don't want to spoil anybody's enjoyment of this narrative, but a key plot point comes into play here. The attentive eye will note here that our lovely lady takes off a
white bra, and puts on a
purple one. Just bear that in mind, because it becomes important later on.
These ABC videos focus on big-boob girls, by which they generally mean skinny girls with larger-than-average, but not humongous, busts.
Mitsumi Nanao is one of the few other BBW models to appear for this series. A hint of Tamaki-san's future role as an icon of the Japanese BBW genre is hinted at when she takes just a little extra time to squeeze her hefty tummy into her jeans.
Getting into the new garb takes a good fives minutes. Other than the pleasure of seeing her change, this is all wasted time however, because the old doc sets about double-checking those boobs, just in case he missed something... Once the outer garment is opened, a continuity error can be detected: Tamaki-san put on a
purple bra in the previous scene, but now she's got on a
white bra! Oh well. If we can forgive
Ozu such things, we can forgive the anonymous director of this splendid little boob-fetish video...

The doctor, nothing if not thorough, surveys that vast acreage of beautiful boobery with a precision of a man who is truly concerned with maintaining a healthy crop. Better safe than sorry!
At seventeen minutes in, Tamaki-san is again, suddenly, clothed, sitting on the doc's lap, while he continues this marathon breast exam from behind. A guess a patient of this magnitude requires extra care. A precursory disrobing reveals that it's the white bra again... what happened to the purple one?!
The manual examination takes up about twenty two minutes of video time. Then comes the oral inspection. Strictly in the name of medical thoroughness, of course. Surprisingly, this concluding portion of the exam takes only five minutes. Personally, I'd have spent much more time examining the boobs orally than manually... but, to be honest, my medical expertise is quite limited...
Tamaki-san has apparently passed the exam, which turns out NOT to have been a screening for breast cancer, but-- surprise!-- an INTERVIEW for a nurse position! I don't know if this was made obvious by the dialogue or not, since I removed the headphones long before this point. The scene immediately cuts to nurse Tamaki ministering to a patient. First, her raw motherly attentions are sufficient for the patient's rehabilitation.
Nurse Tamaki then comes up with a motherly method of administrating medication. Keep your
spoonful of sugar, this helps the medicine go down in the most delightful way!
The patient's strength recovers dramatically during a more direct application of this enjoyable form of physical therapy. He eagerly and vigorously absorbs the healing powers of Nurse Tamaki's boobs.
A follow-up session involves a hand-job and
paizuri cheerfully conducted by the new nurse. She works the poison out of the system of the furiously engorged organ. Once the sap has been drawn, the nurse proudly displays the fruits of her labor.
New Nurse Tamaki seems to be making the rounds of the ward, since she immediately visits another patient in need of boob therapy. And here we finally get another look of the elusive purple bra... But wait... it's a
different purple bra! Where did
that come from?!
While Nurse Yasuoka provides another patient with a feast of her boob-flesh, the cameraman provides the audience's with another feast for the eyes. One hopes that the hospital's sanitation regulations ensure that Tamaki-san washed the previous patient's cum off her tits before again administering medication in the boob-to-mouth fashion.
As with the previous patient, she moves on to a handjob, but this time with boobs applied as a healing compress to the face, rather than directly to the dick. Whatever the lad's ailment, we can be confident that this is most assuredly
not a case in which the remedy is worse than the disease.
Let's pause here for a moment to admire the hidden artistry involved in the staging and the framing of this scene. I have had cause to complain lately about
paizuri scenes in AVs in which, because the man's member needs to be blurred out due to Japanese censorship regulations, the audience's view of the lady's charms is harmed. In fact, in one recently-reviewed BBW video, three very large ladies were partially hidden by pixels just so we would not see one average-sized dick. Talk about throwing out the baby with the bath water! But here we have the guy's dick in full view while Tamaki works on it-- for those of you who wish to see that-- or at least as full a view as Japanese censorship allows. Yet because of the expert staging and framing, the view of the lady herself is not affected in the slightest. We have a full view of Tamaki's motherly face and bosom, and a full view of the censored out stimulation of the male member at the same time.

At 53 minutes, we get a new scene. Tamaki and her beau are in bed. He plays with her boobs while clothed, then unfurls those mighty orbs for some more in-your-face action.
Tamaki lies on her back for some more play and some boob-flopping-- one of Tamaki's signature moves-- is seen for the first time in this video.
At two-thirds into the video, we get the first indications that things may take a turn for the hardcore. Up until now, this could practically have been a softcore boob-only video. Here, the guy pulls off Tamaki-san's panties and begins fingering her cutely-trimmed snatch, causing more boob-bouncing.
Once the lady is sufficiently moistened, penetration is achieved, and we, the audience, benefit by a view of even more boob-bouncery.
Tamaki then takes the driver's seat, leading us to anticipate one of her earliest cowgirl scenes. And we are not disappointed. Lord, how that girl can BOUNCE!
A doggy-style session concludes this bout of sex with some even more spectacular boob-flopping from Tamaki-san.
At about 1 hour and five minutes, Tamaki-san is seated and clothed, ready to undergo another physical check-up. This time it seems the doctor is concerned with Ms. Yasuoka's heart... which is conveniently located under her boobs, necessitating more inspection and manipulation of that area of her anatomy. Judging from the way she jumps and jiggles, that stethoscope must be cold! This repetition of the physical check-up scene only lasts about 10 minutes.
The final fifteen minutes is an abstract boob-play scenario. Against a back-drop of black curtain, Tamaki-san starts out in a bikini, while one guy sprays oil on her boobs, and another massages them from behind. Sure enough, the bikini top comes off, and the massage continues.
After seven minutes or so, a rope comes out to
tote dat barge and lift dat bale to our visual delight.
We get a few glimpses of the puppetmaster, but mostly the camera shows us just what we want to see: That goddess, Tamaki Yasuoka, as she passively allows her tits to dance around beyond her control in this booby
bunraku.
A quick two-minutes shower wraps up this visit with the tantalizing Tamaki-san. The awe-inspiring volume of Tamaki's boobs can be marveled at in this scene while she rubs and scrubs and flops them around with her arms. They're so huge yet so full, not saggy at all. Truly stupendous natural wonders.
A sweet smile from our lady tells us it's all over for now. But you can rest assured that Japanese BBW fans who happened on this video in 2009 eagerly sought out more releases from Tamaki Yasuoka.
Discussion
Tamaki-san acts properly shy and demure during the interview/examination scenes. This is not because she is actually shy and demure, but because she's a naturally fine actress for the JAV genre, and showing us so even at this early stage of her video career. She would later go on to play more dramatically meaty MILF/incest roles. AV is fine for raw sexual stimulation, but it's really a shame the Pink Film industry has not put this gorgeous, talented lady to use in one of their artistically higher-quality productions. As of this writing, the lady seems to have lost a lot of weight. Though she's still spectacular, she doesn't quite have the same magic now as she did back when she had a few extra kilograms.
I'm just joking around when I complain about the discontinuity involving the purple bra(s), of course. But, without sacrificing any boob ogling at all, just a little bit of low-cost planning, scripting, or editing would have lent a coherent story to this video, and bumped it up a notch in quality. The "playing doctor" theme is a common, and appealing one, and all of the scenes could have been arranged in some sort of narrative order. Even the abstract titty-puppets in a dark room act at the end could fit in as some sort of
Coen Brothers/
David Lynch-like dream or fantasy sequence.

As it is, this is a modest little production which succeeds admirably in modest goal: Displaying Tamaki Yasuoka's amazing bosom. Except for one sex scene, we see boob play, and nothing
but boob play. And oh, what boobs they are! Huge but firm, Tamaki-san, just a mere 37-years old, is apparently still in the virginal
hatsu-homban period of her early AV career. The director
could have shown us the gorgeous butt or legs that we know she has, but the camera remains focused entirely on her boobs. No complaints with that, but still... yah know?...
It's unfortunate that the director of this video is unknown, because his work here deserves high praise. His name is not listed at websites describing the item, on the video cover, or in the non-existent video credits. This video is perfectly framed from beginning to end, giving us full-on, excellent looks at our topic of interest: Tamaki Yasuoka and her big old titties. So many videos fail to deliver because of bad camerawork, but this one does not. A distorting lens used slightly, but not enough that I even notice it until looking at stills. The camera moves around enough to give us a variety of angles, but is not hyper-active. And, though there are a lot of close-ups on her boobs, her face is not at all ignored. We get to enjoy the full lady for a solid 90 minutes. This is one of those videos where I took way, way too many screenshots during the viewing for this review-- over 1,750! I'll have plenty of visual material to illustrate Tamaki Yasuoka posts from now 'til Kingdom Come!
Final Opinion
Model: Tamaki Yasuoka, 37-years young, plump and feisty. The toppermost of the poppermost! 11 out of 10.
Video: This hot little item gives us 90-minutes of non-stop, breath-taking views of one of the-- if not
the-- greatest of all Japanese BBW models, at the beginning of her MILF career. Later on, Tamaki-san filled out a little more weight-wise, and other videos show more of the overall package-- the incredible ass and legs this girl has. For that sin of omission, and the missed opportunity of giving this just a little bit of narrative interest, I can't call it a 10. But this still must be considered one of the corner-stones in the video collection of any Asian BBW-admirer.
