Just a quick note tonight to let any followers of the blog know of a big event for lovers of big girls coming up in Tokyo this coming Saturday, October 12: The fourth Debukawa Night (デブカワＮＩＧＨＴ).
The event's blog gives some information on what one can expect to see. The list of featured guests includes a couple of old favorites of ours as well as some interesting unknowns.

Among the lovelies who will be in attendance are the incomparable cosplayer,
LUU, whom we have visited at this blog many times in her many CD-ROM photo collections and personal appearances. Her most recent effort is a photo book, "Cutie Fat LUU", which I am looking forward to owning soon, and will report on here as soon as I see it.

Next is a girl called ＭｅＧ, about whom I also know nothing. Judging from the pictures
at her blog (such as the one above), she's also something of a cosplayer, popular in chubby-loving society...

Though the event seems to focus more on cosplayers and gravure models, BBW AV model, Marina Jônouchi is also scheduled to appear at the event. We've followed her career since her debut in MAGURO-032, July 2012. Bring your DVDs for her autograph!

As always, living outside Japan, it's very hard to get accurate information, especially on something as out-of-the-mainstream as the BBW admirer community. As far as I can tell, the first Debukawa Night was held on February 10, 2011, and we gave some images and information on that happening in
a post of August last year. I haven't been able to track down any poster advertising material for this month's event, but the image of LUU above appears in most promotional listings. As part of the program, the third "Miss Fat Woman" pageant will be held. We mentioned in passing the first Miss Fat Woman contest
in a post of November 2012,
and another post in February 2013. This month's event will be held at
Loft Plus One (新宿ロフトプラスワン) in Kabukicho, Shinjuku, Tokyo. Tickets can be purchased at the door starting at 11, doors open at midnight, and the show starts at 12:30. Judging from the three ladies listed here, it should be a fun night! Tell 'em Dekkappai sent you!
News from the Olympics is awash with reports of a swimming suit slip in competition, so let's take a peek at Maguro's newest discovery, the aquatic Marina Jônouchi.
Marina didn't quite make the Olympic swimming team, but she certainly gives an awe-inspiring view in the pool, and the way she slips her swimming suit leaves the competition in the dust!
The only problem is our judge, obviously a connoisseur of the ample female form, can't take his eyes off Marina long enough to see what those other skinny gals are up to!
And this scandalous pre-competition photo gives weight to the rumor that Marina bribed the judge by smothering him in her motherly attributes. 
But to get down to serious matters, Marina is featured in Maguro's latest entry in the Nikudan series, Megaboin! Jônouchi Marina no ten'nen oppai nikkan variety (メガボイン！ 城之内まりなの天然おっぱい肉感バラエティ; MAGURO-032; July 2012).
A rear-view glance shows Marina offers a magnificent view from any angle. This first appearance of Marina shows she's got the foundation of a BBW favorite along the lines of Tamaki Yasuoka, and I'm sure this blog will follow her career with interest. Let's hope she sticks around for many more performances, and that this is just the first splash in a long-running career. I like the cut of her jib!
