Farewell, Horny Fat Woman series, #41-45

We now come to the bittersweet climax of our visits with those Horny Fat Women. #41 is not at Arzon, but #42 and #43 both have release dates of March 1, 2003. #44 and #45 of April 25, 2003. AV-Channel gives the presumed re-release dates as: #41: 2006/11/16; #42: 2007/02/14; #43: 2007/02/28; #44: 2007/03/08; and #45: 2007/03/22. And at that point, as far as I can determine, those Horny Fat Women had come to the end of their run. So pull up a chair, wipe a tear away, and take a final look at our hefty ladies:The name of this lovely lady is given as "Hana" on the video box. I think I recognize her from another series, but the name doesn't ring a bell.This lovely lady's name is given as "Momo". Her face reminds me of Naomi Tani, a Naomi Tani who had gained a few pounds... Tune in next week to see what new series will fill the void left in the wake of these pulchritudinous plumpers!

Horny Fat Woman Series: #36-40

We come now to our penultimate visit with those hefty, horny, fun and fat ladies. What will be our next Sunday project following next week's completion of this series of Pocchari pretties? I've no idea... some obscure nugget from the past with some impact on the pocchari movement would be nice, if I can locate another... But let's cross that bridge when we come to it. For now, set your mind at ease, and let's enjoy volumes 36-40 of those unsung pioneers of pocchari pulchritude, the Horny Fat Women... This is the lady we saw yesterday in the group photo of the "Debukawa Night" with Usagi Minagi.Arzon gives April 24, 2002 as the release dates for #36. The next release in the series listed at Arzon is #42, which is dated as a March 2003 release. So I'd say all five of these videos were originally released in 2002. AV-channel gives what I assume to be re-release dates as: #36: 2006/09/15; #37: 2006/09/21; #38: 2006/09/29; #39: 2006/11/02; and #40: 2006/11/10.

Horny Fat Woman series, #31-35

This week's visit with the Horny Fat Women turns up a veritable mountain range of pocchari pulchritude. Pound-for-pound, I think we get more value from these ladies than any of our previous groups of five. I think I recognize a couple faces, but couldn't place them without doing more research than time will allow at present. Arzon doesn't give listings for these entries in the series, but their dating of previous and subsequent videos indicates these would have been first released about 2000. AV-Channel gives what I presume are re-release dates for #31: July 5, 2006, #32 & #33: July 11, 2006, #34: July 25, 2006 and #35: September 7, 2006. And without further ado, sit back and brace yourself!

Horny Fat Woman Series: #26-30

I've been hard at work all week continuing to add captions to my Pink film Picasa albums, and to link those images of Pink film posters to their respective IMDb entries. Today I pause in that noble project of spreading the joy of Japanese erotic entertainment at a big site, to do some catching-up on this little blog. The posts of the past two weeks or so have been sketched out with notes for subjects, and I'll finish and post a few today. Note on my philosophy of bloggery: I consider each of these posts a mini essay which can be touched-up, edited, posted, or even deleted at a later date. So any readers out there may see changes (improvements, I hope) in any older post whenever the inspiration strikes. Since I consider posts to be essays in progress, changes are made without notice or explanation. But enough blather. Our weekly visit with the horny fat women is at hand! Today we have entries #26 through #30 to gander at. I have no comments to make on any one of them except to say I'd flip each and every one of these ladies in a nonce with relish. Enjoy!

Horny Fat Woman series, #21-25

Is it just me, or is Bane's voice, in The Dark Knight Rises, based on Walter Brennan's Grandpa Amos character from The Real McCoys?... Anyway... I'm still devoting my online time to IMDb's coverage of Pink films, but again, we must not keep our horny fat women waiting. Arzon doesn't have listings for this group of five videos, but it dates #27 as a December 2000 release, indicating that these were all first released before that. AV-Channel gives release dates as December 2005 for the first two, and March 2006 for the later three. I would guess these are re-release dates.









Here we come to the second early BBW celebrity in the series, Anna Watarai. I haven't dug into the history of her career yet, but she must have started, at the latest, by the late 1990s or early 2000s. It's a bit surprising that a lady of her substantial girth was around at the very beginning of the Japanese BBW video industry. She's actually a bit much for my own taste, but, as in the scene from the "Horny Fat Woman" video at right, she usually shows a charmingly cheerful enthusiasm in her work which wins me over. The painful, enduring-something-unpleasant look that so many Japanese AV actresses show during sex is not at all to my liking. Come to think of it, it seems like the majority of the BBW models smile and otherwise appear to enjoy the sex during their performances. Maybe that's one more reason I prefer them... I'll investigate Anna's career in a later post.

Horny Fat Woman series, #16-20

This week I've been devoting all my online time to the Pink Film project at IMDb. I've submitted dozens of new films, and linked dozens more posters, print reviews and English titles to existing film entries. Unfortunately my increased activity in this area means I have to neglect this fun blog, as well as my Boobpedia work, for a while. I have made several discoveries of new activity in the busty/BBW Asian lady world, so I'll try to go back and make daily entries for this week later on. But in the meantime let's keep our weekly date with those Horny Fat Women! AV-Channel gives the release dates for videos #16-#18 as October 3, 2005, #19 December 9, 2005 and #20 December 13, 2005. However release dates for previous entries in the series from Arzon would indicate that these videos were originally released in the early 2000s. Sit back and enjoy!

Though I can't make out her name on the cover to FDS-16 in the video's interviewer says her name-- which I also can't quite make out. It sounds like "Nako-chan", but other English sites say "Natsuki", which is probably correct... The VHS cover tells us the lady stands 170cm tall, weighs 140kg, and has measurements of 136-98-138cm.
FDS-17, above, gives us our first celebrity spotting for this series: early Japanese BBW legend, Yoko Koizumi. Though I don't see her name on the VHS cover, she is easily recognizable, and her name is given in the AV-Channel entry. My suspicion is that all of the models in this series were soapland girls. Yoko and Anna Watarai (who appears later in the series) were the rare ones who also had something of a video career. At least one soapland catered to BBW-admirers as early as the early 1980s, as evidenced by a magazine I purchased back then, though I don't know of any BBW videos in this era. I'll upload a scan of the early BBW soapland ad later on if I can find it... but I digress... on with the show!

The VHS cover lists the model of FDS-18 as 18 years old, standing 163cm, with measurements of 130(F)-130-133cm.

The only personal detail I can make out about the model of FDS-19 is something to do with a "Terekura" or "Telephone Club" i.e., phone sex, at 17 years of age-- perhaps she was a phone sex operator then...

The only thing I can make out about the model of FDS-20, based on the interview is "Shifu" mentioned right in mid-sentence at the beginning of the video. I think that is her name. And she says that she weighs 120kg...

Horny Fat Woman series, #11-15

I submitted a couple dozen Pink Film reviews from the Far East Film Festival, Twitchfilm and the second group of Midnight Eye's Pink Film reviews a few days ago. They are all live today, but none of the biographical information from Pink Eiga or links to their articles have been accepted at the biography entries yet. We come now to the third in our weekly visits with horny fat women. Here is where we get into difficulties dating these releases. Of this group of five video tapes, Arzon lists only #13, and gives it a release date of January 27, 2000-- reasonable, given that the previous 10 were dated July 14, 1999. AV-Channel, however, gives the release date of #11 as August 12, 2005. AV-Channel gives the release date of the first entry of the series as September 23, 2004. A glance around at blogs covering the subject, as well as the archived homepage indicate that the Arzon dates are closer to being correct, even though its coverage of the series is not complete. So let's just say these five videos were released in or around the year 2000.

Horny Fat Woman Series, #6-10

I spent most of my online time today adding reviews to Pink films at IMDb to the French site Pink Screen. Since we started out the new month last week with a look at a video series, let's make it a weekly habit for a while. They're easy to post so they give me a chance to catch up here and there, they can highlight an obscure group of videos, and they might even shine light on an interesting new model or two. So, let's sit back and enjoy our second look at the early Japanese BBW series, "Horny Fat Woman". Again, Arzon dates all five of these as July 15, 1999 releases. And again these video covers don't give their models names, and they all appear to have been soapland workers or amateurs.

Horny Fat Woman series, #1-5

Today let's just sit back and enjoy a look at the first five covers to an older BBW-themed VHS series. These are all from Alpha International's "Debusen Club" (でぶ専クラブ) series, which ran from July 1999 until April 2003, with a total of 45 titles. The videos were all titled "Horny Fat Woman" (Koe futotta onnatachi no... himan inran hakusho - 肥え太った女達の・・・肥満淫乱白書), with the series number as a suffix. They all seem to feature either soapland gals or amateurs. I don't recognize any of them from other videos, and BBW videos were rather rare in Japan in those days.
Above, the first video in the series features what I at first took to be one of my favorite images: A large and busty Asian woman in traditional attire. A closer look reveals it's actually Western attire...



This fifth video in the series trumpets the model's angelic smile, 172cm height and 160kg weight.

These first five VHS tapes all had a running-time of 50 minutes, were all released on July 14, 1999 and sold at 10,000 yen a pop... When, 13 years later, 5,000 yen can get you a 20-minute romp with the real live Sara Aikawa, 10,000 yen for a 50-minute video does seem a bit exorbitant, doesn't it?
