The Quest Continues

...Sorry to keep posting about my blog/archive troubles, but it does affect the future of these projects.... maybe I'll go back and decorate them with tasty illustrations later... But here is the latest news:

The move over to Tumblr is proceeding as well as can be expected-- at 250 posts per day, it will still take about a week to get everything over there. My experiments with making new posts there has run into a little glitch though. When I upload images directly to Tumblr, they are sized-down... I don't like that. So, searching for a way to work around this, last night I found that I could upload to Picasaweb at an amazingly fast rate-- much, much faster than at Blogger-- and then post HTML link code into Tumblr. Et voilà! Problem solved! Full-sized images, with the added advantage of being saved at two sites simultaneously for better security!

But not so fast, there, Mr. Dekk! This morning I got a message from "Google Plus"-- which I wasn't even aware I was using-- that I had been violating their adult content policies... I guess here's how it goes: Blogger allows adult content, and it uses Picasaweb to store its images... however, Picasaweb has a policy against adult content... nice inconsistency there... So if you post to Picasaweb through Blogger, that's OK, but if you post directly to Picasaweb, that's a violation... I guess... Which means I'm back to figuring out how to post to Tumblr full-sized, or finding a different image storage site...

Does everyone have this sort of trouble? I don't see why they should... I must be going about this wrong...

P.S. (March 8, 2015) OK, I THINK I might have found out a solution to this problem. Instead of using the "Text" variant of posting under Blogger, with image attached (this gives the downsized image), post the image as "Photo". Now, whether I also have to make a separate Text post to get it to show in the archive, or whether the "Photo" posts will post right along with the Text ones, I don't know, since I've reached my max posts for the day and can't test this theory yet. The only problem I see with the "Photo" option is that it doesn't allow a Title (that I can see anyway), just descriptive text. That might be OK, or making a text post with a link to the photo post might work too (it looks like some other blogs do this)... Anyway, above you see the JAV cover I've been using as my guinea pig on this project-- Shiori Tsukada (whom we met in GAS-305) in PZD-019.

P.P.S. (March 8, 2015) OK-- the post "Photo" option DOES give larger images, and links to the original sized image... BUT it doesn't allow a Title for the post... I searched the Internet and found complex work-arounds to this, with pages full of code, and just thought, "How FUCKING stupid!" Why the hell wouldn't they just put a space for a title, as with Text posts!? Jesus Christ!... So now I've got to decide whether to have posts with smaller images, with a title, or title-less posts with fuller-sized images... or maybe double-post-- one blog just for Photo posts, then a blog with Text posts with code linking to the images...

I've opted for the last solution. I started up a separate Photo-only blog. This allows 10 images per post. I tested it out with the first ten Kyonyû etsuraku series videos:

This allows Titles, Video information, a fuller image, with a click-link to the complete full-sized image. Pretty much just how I want it. This will involve a  little extra work, but the images upload much faster than at Blogger. Once I've got the posting process worked out, it should go smoothly and quickly enough.

Mitsumi Nanao in FBS-59

P.P.P.S. (3/9/2015) I think I've worked out all the kinks, and have put my posting routine at Tumblr into some recognizable, logical order today. In the first test-drive I started in earnest on the Kyonyû etsuraku series. I was able to upload about 88 images at the image blog in an amazingly fast amount of time compared to Blogger, which has about the most illogical, clunkiest, unreliable image interface their engineers could possibly design. I made 20 full Text posts at the JAV archive in a reasonable amount of time, with links to the image blog, and then back-links from the image blog to the main blog, for users who happen upon the image blog rather than the main blog. Things seem to be falling into place. I'll continue making a few more posts for the rest of the day, then spend the rest of my allotted 250 daily posts in transferring the Pink blog over just before midnight, EST.

Osaka Fats

Today in my Pink film work, I finished transliterating the entire filmography of Million Films. They produced and distributed films from 1968 to 1988. In the poster-linking project, I finished 1999 and started into 2000. But in boobish news, tonight let's leave Tokyo to venture into Osaka for some BBW action. The aptly named Osaka Fats offers such a list of girls that I can't decide on just one... so let's sample a bunch of 'em!

First we have 22-year old Mayu, whose measurements are 128(M)-87-109(cm).Her profile says she is an AV actress, but does not give any specifics. Reader Adipose first pointed me to Mayu, believing that she is actually the long-missed, gorgeous Mitsumi Nanao.

Japanese Plumpers Loom on the Horizon

In the morning I set up the article / lists for the Pochapuri DVDs, and in the afternoon I discovered two new DVDs in the series have already been announced. I made room for them, and located the company's logo to attach to the lists. I spent the evening finishing the text listing in the main article, then I fished around for a new project to start. I came across The Joy of Wonderful Tits started with one DVD entry by another user. I had independently already started an article on the first DVD in the series-- Japanese Plumper (March 2009). The series features some major big-boob / BBW stars, such as Aya Momotani seen above right in the aforementioned first Japanese Plumper DVD. It looks like a series I can sink my teeth into. More my area of interest. Before I can start it, I will have to get the DVD info for that series-- release dates, etc. That kind of work is done most efficiently in my afternoon sessions, so I'll do that tomorrow. I found out a new alias for Tamaki Yasuoka in the first DVD-- Tamami Yasuda-- and did all the linking / redirecting / disambiguating that that knowledge entailed. The day concluded with the discovery of new images from Karen Toudou's DVD, QDN-17 including this charming image of a gentleman of the old school offering the lady a seat. It's nice to know chivalry is not dead.

I spent most of my online time today starting the Munekyunkissa project. I managed to get about 30 DVD articles started. Highlights of the day's work included Sakura Kawamine in K-cup Amateur Nakadashi Yumi (September 2008), Hitomi Matsumoto's AV debut Q-cup Amateur Nakadashi Hitomi Matsumoto (October 2008), and today's featured image, that gorgeous double-handful, Mitsumi Nanao seen above left in M-cup Amateur Nakadashi Natsumi (March 2009).

À la Recherche du Boobs Perdu

Spent the morning session picking out screenshots for the Boin Box series. Did #54 - 88. Gathered Amazon numbers for series in the afternoon. Looks like I'm drifting towards my next project: Boin Box series. Nice-looking models, but not especially attractive to me, most of them. Probably more popular than what I like though. These are all young, thin, model-pretty girls. I've always liked mature, plump, earth-mother types which were very rare in Japanese erotic entertainment until recently. Naomi Tani was the best I could find to match my ideal during the '70s...

I remember having to pick my eyes up up from bouncing around on the floor of the Japanese bookstore, after they'd popped out when I came across Kimiko Matsuzaka (left) in a magazine in 1989. Hard to believe today what a shock it was to see a Japanese model with a little plumpness, not to mention bazooms of that size.


And then Mariko Morikawa came along in 1994! After Morikawa (seen at right), it was a steady escalation in the appreciation of kyonyuu, and with it a gradual realization that the BBW body-type that came with the kyonyuu was not necessarily undesirable. Now pocchari is a real genre unto itself. These days, there are so many gorgeous new BBW models you'd never have seen in the '90s or before... Favorites of today? Tani, Matsuzaka and Morikawa were the reigning queens of each of their eras.

This blessed plot, this earth, this realm, this Boobpedia!

Boobpedia work was pretty slow today-- just added a few synopses to some of the JAMS articles, based on descriptions from Fetish World while listening to Bellini's La Sonnambula (Bernstein & Callas) and drinking cheap cabernet sauvignon ("Dago red", I believe, is the scientific nomenclature). Several of the descriptions were too skimpy to be useful, "Very hot big boobs!! She has the best big boobs!!" for example. A bit hard to spin a Shakespearian plot out of that. The video title (Gal's Big Boobs!!) says it all in fact, and quite eloquently. Brevity, as the man says, is the soul of wit. I translated the full title more literally, long-windedly, if less idiomatically, as Super Boob Gal!! Delicious, Juicy Woman Flesh. It stars one of my absolute favorites, the breath-taking Noa Serizawa (seen at left, in a publicity shot for the DVD). In fact two of the item descriptions were identical: "Very glamorous plump body!! Neat and clean kimono and plump hell!" A noble sentiment, but useless for creating a synopsis. Ah well, humble Boobpedia-- unlike smug, self-satisfied Wikipedia-- will never be finished. Eventually these little DVD stubs will have synopses worthy of the fine works of Japanese BBW erotica they no doubt are. If I don't live to see that day, some Asian-BBW-obsessed successor will do the job. I have faith. And if not, these articles will remain to record the existence of these lovely ladies and the DVDs in which they starred...

Then we have the "plot descriptions" of pure hyperbole, such as Ultra Buxom Woman!! Akiba Super Tits Girl's which claims of Karen Toudou "Perhaps she has the 'biggest' breasts among all Asian women! She is the star! Our star of the female breasts! The best of the best!" Now, don't get me wrong, I love her madly. She's an absolutely gorgeous woman: beautiful, intelligent-looking face, incredible ass, legs, thighs, calves, boobs, belly (my God what a beauty!), plus-- be still my heart-- she wears glasses! (And it goes without saying, but I'd better say it to allay all doubts: I'd flip her in a nonce with relish.) But the biggest boobs in Asia?... Really? The whole continent?...

Going back through the series to write these synopses allowed me to get re-acquainted with a few of the older favorites, a major, major among them being Mitsumi Nanao. Like Rei Tachibana from a few days ago, Mitsumi has a bit of a half-Asian look. Is interracial marriage producing these marvels of modern science like the one we see on the left? I believe we were discussing tummies a couple days ago. Feast your eyes on this morsel of Rubenesque glory cropped from the DVD cover of Stunning Flesh!! It looks like she has retired from AV work, which is quite a loss. After her girlish debut in 2006 with My Little Lover Mitsumi, she was maturing into a gorgeous mature woman at the time of her last known starring appearance, for JAMS in Big Tit Dojo 3: Amazing Flesh! Strongest Tag Volume (May 2009). One can always hope for a comeback...
